At the moment I'm going through a experimental phase (As if I'm ever not in one... ;-P). Last couple days, I've been experimenting with allot of different materials to create portraits with. Today, it were (Kohl-i-noor hardtmuth) pencils on black paper.

The subject: the one and only Tony Robbins! A great source of inspirations for achievement and so much more. While listening to his motivational speeches for 2,5 hours, I drew this portrait of Tony. 😀
I really enjoyed working with this type of pencils. They are somewhat greasy and smudgeable. An advantage of drawing on dark paper is that you easily achieve dept in your drawing.

I'm looking forward to improve my skills with these pencils, as I look forward to work with Tony's life strategies.

Dankjewel lieve Astrid! <3 Ja fantastisch dat donker papier en met jou tekenset gemaakt... Van Kohl-i-Noor Hardtmuth potloden! Beetje vettig zijn ze en uitveegbaar en wat van die krijtjes gebruikt die erbij zaten. :-D
